Hope this is the right place for this question!
My friend has a laptop with a router using Talktalk and it continuously cuts out and has to be re-started.
Is it most likely to be a faulty router as she has tried using it wired rather than wireless as well and using a different BT 'phone socket but to no avail?
The only other thing is perhaps the BT line but she has no prblems with the 'phone. She's getting quite depressed and it is spoiling any fun she gets using the internet.
Would it be worth re-installing the software that came with the router?
Any help gratefully accepted.
