Losing Overclock on MSI GTX 970, Screen Flicker. Help me please

The screen flickers black the MSI Logo on the Card blinks Off for a second and then it resets back to stock clocks? (Monitoring through MSI Afterburner) This also causes the game to crash. I can confirm is from the Overclock because this issue does not happen on Stock settings.

NOTE: This is an RMA Card from MSI, I sent my Original one earlier this year due to some problems I was having with my Computer, turned out to be the MoBo and not the GPU at the time.

I am using a Stable Overclock, others have stated that they have no issues using this Overclock themselves.

That isn't behavior indicative of a stable overclock.
I agree, but others have reported stable OC with these clock settings, so I am not sure why it does this. Also they report the same Overclock with MSI GTX 970 which is what I have.

Any idea why sometimes Heaven gives me different scores? Sometimes I can test 3 times in a row and I get 3 different scores, sometimes with even 5FPS Gain or Loss per run.

Every card is different, you're never guaranteed any sort of performance over stock.

Benchmark scores can vary depending on background tasks and similar, some utilities bench higher the second run after all of the resources are already cached in RAM.

I guess I'll just use my GPU stock for now, its hard playing the game and have it Black out mid game. Either way all I am playing is Battlefield 1 & 4 some LoL, Rust and some Black Ops 2 and the GTX 970 can practically max those games out so I guess I am good for now.

Just gonna save and buy a GTX 1070, and upgrade to a 1440p monitor when I do.
