Does anyone know hot to Download notebook to get it on my computer? It is not in add\remove programs. (Calculator and paint should be)

Nevermind, I had computer problems so the store reformated the harddrive. The computer now has notebook.

Could I still get my MP3 fixed?

Hi,
My MP3 just break down some days earlier. When I try to use it, a pop-up window says there is a problem with the equipment's I/O function. In such circumstance, could I still get my mp3 fixed except sending it to the designated repair-shop?
