Lost Password can not get into computer

I am working on a friends computer for his office he has windows XP bussniess.
He is stumped he never wrote the password down. and now he can not get in to his computer it is password protected . I removed the battery waited about 1hr replaced battery I also removed the PSWD protector and I still can not get in any suggestions>??
can anyone help me fix this

Sorry, we can't help you with your issue, its against our rules. All we can tell you to do is to google how to remove windows login password.
