Lost password for symantec server

hey guys, have a problem, i have a server that auto updates via internet to the symantec server, and have about 20 computers on a network here at work, problem is, it detected a virus and deleted my entire inbox in mozilla thunderbird which apparently is a common problem, well email situation is figured out now, but i need to adjust settings on the symantec server, but no password!! is there a default password or even a program that would "recover" or reset it whatever it may be? thanks let me know asap, this is a work enviornment and we really need it. thanks!

I don' think you can but maybe on the cd when you put it on your computer it will say the password. Other then that, I think the only way you can get the password back is to reinstall.
