Lots of downtime from Webhosting Provider!

I paid ixwebhosting.com to host some of my business websites and on several occasions ever since signing up I've found all of them to be down sometimes. In about a six month period I've had to spend time chatting or waiting on the phone for their technical support only to hear them say it's a temporary problem they are resolving.

Does anyone know a webhosting provider that actually meets its "Uptime Guarantee" (unlike ixwebhosting)?

If they have not had the servers working for the minimum uptime, I'm sure you could get a refund.

All web hosting provider do guarantee that. Other question if they provide that at all?
