First and overall ? is that if i get a cpu cooler could it help in the general cooling of my computer? then i need suggestions on a good one.
it needs to be:
- generally small
- i would like some cool lights on it or something of that nature
- its for my P4 socket 775
- i am willing to spend about 50-70 dollars but anything less is fine
i have a dell mobo and we all know they are retarded so are they hard to install and will it fit in any 775 socket?
as u can see i have a lot of ?'s
