Loud Pc

I have recently purchased two 80mm silent Akasa system fans, a 120mm Akasa silent psu and a silent zalman cpu fan but my pc is still loud what could it be?

It could be vibrations from the units on any part of the case or the surface it is on. Listen to where the sound is exactly coming from. If it on part of the case, try applying small pressure to it and see if the noise reduces.
