Low budget gaming laptop

Hi guys!
Next year I'm going abroad to finish my studies and since I need a computer I'm thinking about buying a laptop to bring with me.
I don't have any other laptop I could use, and my Desktop computer is a bit old (2007-2008 hardware).
The problem is I have a very limited budget (I'm still a student and won't have a regular income for at least a couple years). So if I buy a new computer, it has to be my "main" computer for at least 2-3 years, and since I don't know where I'll be for the next couple years I need it to be a laptop.

I really cannot afford to spend more than 1000€ (1300 USD or 820 UK pounds) and I'd like to spend around 800€ (1064 USD or 656 UK pounds).
I would like to be able to play any game that has already been released (Planetside, EVE Online, Skyrim, Farcry 3, Starcraft 2, ARMA 2...) at mid/high graphics, and at least be able to play almost any new game that will be realeased in the next 2-3 years (mid/low graphics)
And last but not least, I would like it not to explode/burn/die for at least 3-4 years.
HDD capacity won't really be an issue, since I have several external drives that I could bring with me.

So my question is: is it possible to get a laptop like the one I need and with this budget? Would I need some kind of external fan to cool it off?
Which brands would you recommend?
I don't know much about laptops since I've always bought desktop computers (cheaper and way better performance) so I really need your help. Any help will be very appreciated.

Cheers!

I've been doing some research and I found several cheap latops that may work just fine, but I have serious doubts about their mid-term capabilities:

I found the Lenovo IdeaPad Y580:

And Dell XPS 15:

Comparing those two I think the Lenovo IdeaPad Y580 might be a way better choice (and a cheaper one), what do you guys think? Would the Lenovo HDD's 5200 rpm be a problem?

I found several other laptops but they were way more expensive, or had poor graphic cards and/or CPUs, do you know of any other models/brands I should take a look at?

Thanks

Yep the Y580 will do the job, perfect specs for price, I recommended it on another thread too, 5200 RPM isn't good, but not bad either.
