this will play Counter strike source easily. not sure about TF2 because I haven't played it. but it exceeds the mininum requirements by a wide margin, so I guess it will play it easily also.

If you want it even cheaper, I could come up with something but I would have to cut more corners than I want to(CD drive, 1gb ram, 80gb HDD, e2180, even cheaper case+psu) and save about 50 bucks.

Might want to upgrade the video card... might need a better one..... maybe a 8800GT or something along those lines.
