hey. I have a..
1.2 Ghz AMD
512 mbram

and my graphics card has kinda, well, broken. The only 2 games i want to play on this computer are star wars galaxies and WoW. I dont want to spend a lot of money on a card becuase im currently saving up for another computer to take this ones place. But i still want to be able to play those 2 games untill i get the new computer.

thanks for u help. jim

i suggest you spend all your money on a new rig, rather than some on a rig that u wont use soon, and most on your new rig... i mean, with more money you'll get your new rig sooner, and it might even be better.
any thoughts on when youre getting the new rig?
may i suggest an x1900xt and a core 2 duo e6600? lol of course, a limit on your budget is needed to decide on a card for your old comp if you decide to do that, and we also need a budget for your new comp.
also, are you willing to overclock? lol

Here's a decent nVidia (XFX) card for around 95 quid...

or an ATI (Sapphire) counterpart for around 85...

I'd probably go with the nVidia (XFX) card, the chip is a little better, and the RAM is DDR3 versus DDR2. Little more money, but your getting a lot mroe for your money. Plus I think XFX is a little better company than Sapphire.

Oh, and I went ahead and assumed that this is an AGP computer, as well. Both cards are 8X AGP.
