low end V/C

Looking to build a computer for my step mom (74YO). So I don’t need high end. All it will be used for, web email and netflix. Looking for a 2.0X16 V/C like to keep it under a $100. Our less Thanks for any help

For email and netflix, nothing special is needed. A sub $50 card will suffice.
