Low FPS in Oblivion

Hello all, I installed Oblivion on my PC today and started playing it. However, at some points I was getting as low as 8 FPS!!!! That is freaking ridiculous. With my 4850, I could get a constant 70ish FPS in Mass Effect 2. Anyone know why my card hates Oblivion? Thanks.
 
Yeah, make sure your drivers are updated. Did you fully remove the old drivers and reinstall the most up-to-date ones? If yes, try rolling back to the previous driver update.

What temps are you getting?

Not 100% of chance it will work after rolling back. Might need re-installing Windows OS
