low on time / to much money into it

I know the card is getting power, I have tried changing everything power wize, when I got the board the cmos jumpers were set to clear insted of default.. Newegg can have it back and send me a new one..
 
Try a different computer and check to see if your power supply can handle the power of the card, if not i still stand by what i said. check to see if the miniter is in correctly, i had to send back my 7800gs cuz the moniter was in the wrong slot, lol funny when you think about it.
