Low on Virtual Memory

I'm pretty sure that most of you have seen this message before. I've seen it before on my old computer and corrected the problem. Now, I've forgotten how to restore my virtual memory. Could someone help me by giving some advice on this situation?

A.) buy more ram
B.) increase your virtual ram by Start>right click on 'my computer'>properties>advanced>Performance settings>advanced>
And in there increase the paging size.

What do you mean restore? You can manually edit the amount of virtual memory, or let Windows do it for you. Either way, you right click on My Computer, click properties > Advanced tab > Performance Settings > Advanced Tab
