low RAM timings

3-3-3-3? it should be at least 3-3-3-8. I've never seen 3-3-3-3. It is okay, you'll want to stress test it quite a long time. Not much ram gets that far. You may want to back it off some for normal usage so it isn't quite as much strain on it.

Well, what's the average lifespan for RAM? I'm gonna let it run all night and see if it goes without any errors.

What voltage do you have it at? You don't want it running over 2.1V for long periods of time if you can help it. Obviously there are sticks that are designed to take 2.4+, but the average stick shouldn't be over 2.1, 2.2V highest.

It's at 2.1v currently. I wanted to see if I could reduce the CAS latency to 2 but I guess I shouldn't go over 2.1v. lol

It just restarts and then a window pops up that says windows has recovered from a system error.

3-3-3-3 is too low for the cycle time, it should be higher then the rest of the timings. On my overclocked RAM I had it set to 4-4-4-9 @ DDR2-900.
