Low Sound

Installed new motherboard and now low sound no matter what I do.Tried all settings.Any help. asus# m2n68-am plus board.If can't get to work will someone suggest which sound card for price.Thanks:

What audio are you connecting too?

Make sure the audio drivers are installed and that you connect the audio equipment to the correct sockets.

The green jack on back of motherboard.Connecting 2 speakers.Have done everything I know to.

What programs are you using when you get low sound? What on board sound do you have?

have you tried popping in the cd that came with your motherboard? it should have the audio drivers for it on there.

if yo can't find the cd or don't have, try these drivers:

Ran the cd that came with motherboard.Downloaded the drivers.I can hear sound if I put ears to speakers.Same speakers worked good with other motherboard.Any ideas?

Call the computer, speakers company http://www.google.com/ if you need help I provided Google. They might be able to help out ; )

Are your speakers amplified, try another set of amplifier speakers.
