Low Watt Amd Cpu

I was browsing on newegg for deals and I notice they have low watt AMD's. So here are my questions for people using low watt chips.

1. How well does it OC compared to regular watt cpus?

2. Will it be able to handle more voltage?

3. How cool does it run? compared to regular watt chips?

4. Would you recommend low watt or regular cpu?

5. Opinions? Anything else you may want to add.

Why not Intel? Much more efficient than AMD in the Core 2 Duo line.

Yeah, just lookin to do a minor upgrade for the system in my sig.

But at the moment if Amd doesn't step up my new system will be a quad core

the brisbane core has lower wattage and higher temp threshold so you can overclock higher than the regular ones.
