if you insert it into the same pc you installed the game on then yes.
you can't carry it around and insert into any pc you like and play the game.
but this also depends on the kind of game.
some games will be able to run on any computer
some games will only be able to run on the computer which you used to install it on

I have a sandisk M2 memory card which I used to use for my phone but now I want to put PC games on it. When I am installing games will I be able to put them on the memory card and then when I want to play the game can I plug the mem card into the PC and play the game???
well if you carry the installer around then yeah you can install it on any computer, but its illegal to rip games and install them in multiple machines.
