Mac address changer for Windows with perioding changing of Mac?

Hello,

i found Mac changer software https://technitium.com/tmac/
But it do not allow changing Mac address on its own, i must initiate the change.

I would like to find software that periodically changes the Mac, for example weekly when computer is in screen saver mode or after computer startup/shutdown.
