mac keyboard within windows?

I was typing on a mac today in the lab, and i just love how the keyboards feel when typing. Can you use a USB mac keyboard on a computer with windows?

Theoretically it can be done, since the USB port is identical on PC and Mac. But some keys (Ctrl, Alt, Option) will have different behaviour than on a Mac.
