Well the only thing I REALLY liked about the PowerPC G5 Mac I used at work once was the really nice blue interface sooooooo I downloaded FlyakiteOSX and now my PC looks like a Mac while I keep the customizability and gaming capabilities of Windows XP.

since apple computers now have intel parts and can run windows, I want to know what people think.
I still dont see why apple fans are pushing that fact, oooh boot camp is great yay.... All it does is finally admit that apple cant do it y themsleves, so they have been forced to add XP compatibility to the Mac's.... You dont see a windows based PC advertising that "oooh look at this amazing stuff, this can boot into Mac OSX aswell, omg windows XP and MAc on the same system, woot". Its just an excape route for apple because they are failing in trying to convince everyone that Mac's ARE good, HAH!!!

Anway, obviously i voted for PC, due to the high compatibility and customisability of software and hardware for the PC as opposed to the Mac, which i think has a total of about 6 games on it (j/k j/k i know its more but you get the point, PC has literally hundreds of thousands)

I could go on for some time about this, but if i remeber correctly, i already did so in quite a few previous threads to this.

I pick stuff to my needs.
I like to play games, more games on a PC, and just so you guys know on the whole MAC don't crash, on the macs at school, those $4000.00 ones with the 23" monitor and dual cpu would crash on Maya so much more then my roomates and my computer (around 6:1 ratio). and those Macs were brand new out of the box.

If you're a serious computer person you will be using windows or linux. Macs seem like they're made for people who don't want to figure anything out.

I have both, a pc I built myself and a macbook, because it was the cheapest and best laptop in my price range with the features I was looking for. I do prefer my pc but that is because the trackpad is annoying, but it is the nicest trackpad I have ever used. So I voted mac just, to give it a vote.

i just think macs are easier. and now that the have the new mac pro with windows and mac , y not get it?? 16gb of ram 2 tb of storage and x1900 xt? also two 2.66 Ghz xeon dual core? sounds pretty damn good to me. thats unimaginable for PC.

O and starwars man, your sig about the telemarketer thing...thats from seinfeld ;)

care to explain, give me some more ammo to fire back at mac lovers everywhere...

ok dragon. first there is time machine. a hell of a lot easier than a pc's recovery thing where you have to restore your ENTIRE hard drive to an earlier state just to get one file. time machine just open the program and time machine. click this little arrow thing and time machine searches back until it finda a difference in the program, then you just drag your file back to the present. easier than a pc. ive lost so much stuff in the past doing that on a pc.

you could go to apples site and customize a mac pro and see what you can do. it is an amazing computer. but if that were a pc it would suck cause it would get viruses and crash anyway.

Wow triple post, lol, you do realize you have an edit button don't you? And yes macs and pc's both have their strongpoints, that is why I am glad I have both. And BTW I hated macs before I bought my macbook.
