Mac viewer program for windows?

Is there a program/software that I can install on my PC running Windows 7 that I can then download Mac only programs and correctly run/view them? I've heard that Macs can have both Mac os and Windows, but can Windows?:confused:
 
No. It's against Apple's EULA to run Apple software on non-Apple hardware.

You can install the Mac OS on non-Apple hardware (as stated violates Apple's EULA) and is referred to as a "Hackintosh" which we cannot discuss on this forum.
