Hello all,

I have got a MacBook recently (2 days old) and yesterday, we had some guests over. Long story short, one of the kids decided to throw a screw driver @ my MacBook screen.

The scratch is about 1.3 cm long, and less than 1mm deep (i can feel the dent though). is there a way to fix the LCD display?

I was thinking about using this product.

Looking for advice and personal experience.

Thanks a bunch=D

i would take it to an apple store and see what they say.

And some stupid kid is going to be in trouble! :P

Tell the little stupid shit (if he is related to u i'm sorry for my language) to tell his mommy and daddy to pay for it. Then take it to the apply store and tell them the scratch was like that when it came outta the box. And keep the money that the parents give you. :D

right i'm sure that would work.

But i would get the kid who did it to pay for it to be fixed or a replacement screen... which it could be.... unless it still is in warranty....

There is nothing that can be done to fix it. You will either have to live with it or replace the LCD.
I feel for ya.
