Hi there,
I'm looking to start a back up routine with my Macbook, and i want to upgrade the rather outdated 5,400rpm HDD in the Macbook with at least a 7k rpm one.
However, a friend of mine recently bought a new Intel X25-M 160GB SATA Solid State Drive, and says i could have it cheap, as it was incompatible with his older laptop, and was rejected by the BIOS.
I was just checking if this model would be compatible with the new generation of Aluminum Macbooks, could it be a straight swap?
