Macro Problem with Word

I macro'd the arrow keys on my keyboard to insert certain words when I pressed them to save time. Now that I don't need them anymore I deleted the macro's but my arrow keys have stopped working. Any way to get them functioning again? Any reset to default for word?

Are they just not functioning in word? You could just re-install the drivers for the keyboard if not. Maybe just make a blank macro for the arrow keys. Or use some code to do its normal function. I have used macros in excel but for word I cannot say.
