Kind of interesting but not so relevant. One of my math teacher's son is a game designer on MAG. He actually came into to talk about it one is was pretty cool.
 
Honestly, from the gameplay video, it doesn't look that impressive. I'm be better off playing BF2 if it were like that :cool: Hopefully the final release'll be better than the beta looks.
 
It's like a BF2, with possibly better graphics, but with 256 players in one game.. BF2 had the map size, but not the player numbers. And I watched a video of I think the full capacity of people, and it wasn't lagging.

No it's the thought of having constant shooting and dying and shooting and dying. That's what I hated about BF2 and why I switched to its mod PR, maps are to scale, I heard from a dev that it took like >1 hour to completely clear one of the maps by walking from one end to the other. But enough hijacking, back to the thread.

Please do, I'd like some user reviews to talk about with the podcast I do with my friends. I cover the gaming section and have mentioned MAG a few times. And plus, if this game is good, it will be the one that makes me get the PS3.

have him write a 3-5 page, 12 point font, single spaced essay describing overall gameplay and what his experience with the game has been. thanks:D
 
yeah the massive scope of the battles is cool but it seems boring, BFBC2 will be ALOT more intense and immersive imho and it does a GREAT JOB at re spawning people and moving the battle forward across and expanding map! it is sooo amazing i encourage you all to buy BFBC2 and play it

i watched a vid on gamespy and they said that if someone lags, he'll be the only one lagging and won't affect the other players.
 
Why is everyone so excited about this game because there is 256 players in one server.
I have this game that came out in 2004 that has 250 players online in one server
