1. Communication Racks (Netshelter VX 42U Enclosures w/sides 600 x 1070 (Black))

2. Server Racks (Netshelter VX 42U Enclosures w/sides 600 x 1070 (Black))

What would be the monthly maintenance required for them?

This highly depends on the server's job and your infrastructure. What are they doing, how many users connect to them, and do they have the necessary hardware capabilities to do their job? What OSes are running and what services are running on that OS, are they used for authentication or email or what?
