Major Help Please !

ok , so last night i was doing a disk defragmentation on my computer , and i left it on and the monitor,in the morning it was done and i put it on hibernate, i turned it on about 15 mins later and i get this outline of the Disk defrag box. how can i get rid of this ???????

yep tried restarting , going to leave my computer off for an hour or so, using my old laptop,
 
Image Persistence man! Just turn off the monitor and leave it off, or if you don't have the patience, wait till tonight and turn it off.
 
Sounds like the program just froze up, which is why you only see the outline. Just restart the computer.
 
okais , thanks guys , ya its not to heavy of an outline, but u can see it on dark images , i found out by switching monitors it was image persistence, , but do u think that using an all white screen saver, image persistence would overwrite/overlap the previous image?? thats my second option, my ocmputer has been turned off for 2 hours now.
