Major Server Issues

O.k. so anyways I started up my secondary citrix server for some testing and tried to log into it. After the connection dialog it started checking credentials came up with an error that said that the domain could not be contacted or does not exsist. So I checked the logs and it said it could not contact my dns server on my primary citrix server. So after about an half an hour of checking I decided to ping the server and it requested a timeout. Now I can't figure out what is causing this. I don't have a firewall on the computer and the same thing keeps happening when I ping it, so I'm wondering if anyone has any Ideas as to what could be causing this? If you need anymore info just ask for it.

Thanks in advance,

Jiffyman

Edit: I forgot one important detail the servers I run are in Vmware Server.

Well technically it's not a problem with citrix. Basically the problem is being caused cause my primary server is blocking connections to it somehow. I check if the firewall was enabled on it and it's not so I don't know whats going on and it hasn't detected any viruses.

maybe port problems or something that it wont let u connect hmm try turning of blocking wan requests if u have a router?

Well I don't think it's that cause my primary server was working fine yesterday. Oh and by the way I forgot to tell you what citrix is. Basically citrix is like the server you use for remote desktop to login to your computer from a different location the only differences is, is that you can multiple or even hundreds of users log into the same box at the same time if you have to resouces or you can share out a single application to the users. Is that a good enough explanation for you? Hey by the way thanks for helping me out hopefully we can get this figured out by tonight. Right now I'm going to turn off all my virtual machines and restart my host and see if that fixes anything.
