i just need help to find out how much ram my mobo can support, my manual says 512 but the guy at emachines says 2 gb????
ugg i need someone to help me find the real amount my motherboard is a "lm810e" found in an emachines t2642 and dont say "eeerrrr ever heard of google?" i checked and there all forums all i want is a website that tells me not 32 million pages of a forum

thats exaclty wut im trying to find out cuz im not sure which is true the guy at emachines or the manual i could just be looking at something else in the manual but w/e i want to see the acual specs on a trusted website

The limit is 512MB (check the intel documentation on the chipset if you need to)
