Make Computer Boot and Play Sound (As an alarm clock)

I'd like to make my computer boot up from being totally off and once it's loaded, play a song or some sound so I have to physically get out of bed and turn it off. I've been sleeping through my alarms.

I know I can do something to this effect in the BIOS to make it start but I'd like it to only happen on weekdays if possible. Anybody know where to start?

Just move your alarm clock away from the bed if you go back to sleep after shutting the alarm off. Or get better self control over your body.

I read that there is some auto start BIOS option, but honestly why not just use a normal alarm clock? Maybe do what john said.

What I personally do, Darren, is use the alarm on my phone. I use the most hideous tune for the alarm and put the phone at full volume and leave it on the other side of the room. Then when it goes off in the morning, it's so loud and sounds so hideous that I have to actually drag myself out of bed to turn it off. That's a lot easier to do than figure out how to make your PC boot on its own and then play a sound.

For some reason these responses don't surprise me. I'm partially going for the light of the monitors to help me wake up. Shrug. Still would like to know how to do this though.

And John, self control is difficult to come by in terms of getting out of my warm bed in order to go to school.
