Make the laptop faster

Hello.

I have a Samsung ativ book, i7, 2,4GHz, 16gb ram, 512gb ssd, and it's pretty fast. I really like the laptop, but doing heavy functions in programs like exporting from premiere, and aligning layers in photoshop takes a while. Is there a way I can speed up my laptop?

I regulary scan it for viruses, cclean it, delete files and stop start-up programs. But I would like it to go a little bit faster.

That's very CPU and GPU intensive, if you have integrated graphics as well that is most likely the problem. There's really nothing you can do.
