Making a house call repair. Suggestions?

Hi, I'm making a house call to a potential customer tomorrow morning at 10 (central). She says that her computer is running ridiculously slow, and she thinks she has a virus. I've prepared by loading the following programs onto a flash drive:

Antivir
AVG Free
Avast AntiVirus
Spy Bot Search and Destroy
Super AntiSpyware

Plus a guide on optimizing XP... mainly I'll just disable some things in MSConfig.

Any suggestions on what else I could bring/do. This is my first (hopefully of many) house calls of this nature, as I am becoming recognized for computer repair in my small town.

Zone alarm pro trial

my favorite because it saved me from my computer when it suddenly went slow, and its a little backup for confidence

maybe a format would help.

I don't know about you, but that is kind of a last resort thing for me.

I'm downloading now... from looking at the site, it's just a mode of prevention, correct? Or does it actually scan and remove existing viruses and/or spyware. Also, what is the trial version limited by? Only good for a number of days or what?

The first 3 are all anti-virus, just one should do, along with AVG Antispyware and the other programs you've got. If there's still problems, take a Hijackthis log and post it here.

I realize that, but I like to overlap them, so that if anything is missed by one, it will be picked up by another. Anyway, she wasn't going to be home that long, so I ended up taking her computer, and I have it with me now running virus scans.

dont forget to at least create a restore point if you're doing anything on someone elses computer. it can save your butt (and your rep) if something goes wrong.
