Making a Proxy

I need to make a proxy to get past a web filter. I urgently need to know how to do this. I know i can use anonymouse or hidemya$$ but i want my own.

First you need to get a webhost. Thensearch for the sciprts PHProxy or CGIproxy, and install one of them. I reccomend CGIproxy, but you need pearl support on your host.
