Making a window In The Side Panel

Hey, i want to make a plexy glass window on the side panel of my case. I have drawn one idea on the computer.

Would this be hard to do? What tools would i need to cut this into my side panel?

You would need:
Black paint
Red paint
A dremel
Plexiglass

And whatever mounting tools to mount to the PC side.

Ok thanks. As of now i am not sure of what i want to put on my side panel. The picture i posted was just one idea, but i am sure there are some other ones out there that would be good. Do any of you have any suggestions on what i should do?
