Making Space

HEy Basicly My bro has a Computer ( its a dell ) and he has like a 30gb HD and needs more space. Hes got a lot of junk so i need to no a way to get rid of it all. So whats reformating? And welll proboly need more space so maby an external HD. So what 2 do?

Get an external hard drive like 160GB + to be on a safe side.
if you don't want that, then, on that 30GB do a disk cleanup with CRAPCLEANER and remove any unwanted software or files.

Reformatting is erasing the hard drive, wiping it,(so back up that data) to see a new,clean Install of windows on your hard drive, nothing big, i thought you knew that already
