I reinstall windows a lot and it takes plenty of time to format the disk, install windows and all the drivers and programs again and again, so i'm curious how can i make a complete Hard Disk image to save the time.

but i heard somewere that you can install windows and make an image on the DVD and then format the hard disk and with a DVD where is your OS and your all files drop on the reformated hard drive so it's like you just intalled windows.

There is a Program that we use at school called "Ghost" i think nortan makes it.... but it makes an image of the disk and you use that hdd and you can copy that image to any number of other hdd. (Note: if you plan on ghosting to over a network to more then 1 at a time you would have to use a program called sysprep to prep the image) for 1 at a time you just make the image and then copy as you go. At the school i work at we use this all the the time all we do is image, we never do individual installs.

Yeah, I work maintaining computer systems for a telemarketing company and I use Ghost to make exact copies of machines so each station has similar setup.
