Ok, If you say there are a lot better antivirus programs then malwarebytes, why do we use malwarebytes to remove infections that an antivirus program don't??? You are making a lot of invalid statements lately that you can't backup with facts. I don't know which one is worse... your seagate fanboism or now this thing with malwarebytes.
LoL I am not saying malwarebytes is bad,but that is not the only software to remove infections.I payed mine almost 5000 dollars and it does the job great.
I tested it with malwarebytes on one laptop once to make sure it was worth paying almost 5000 dollars. What I did is that I was surfing on the WEB by going to the worst WEB sites I could find.Once I saw that the computer works like crap,I decided to scan it with both programs.First I scanned it with mine which I payed a lot and it found around 9800 bad items which it deleted automatically and after that I also performed the scan with malwarebytes and it found 0 infections in all fields. So that tells me that the program I use for protection is very good and that it was worth paying all that money =)
Malwarebytes is not bad at all,but when surfing the internet, malwarebytes does not perform access protection for all infections so good for the difference of mine which I payed a lot for.The thing is I do not want to scan my system once a week so I can clear all infections.I don't have time for that since my system is constantly on and doing something.I want that when I am surfing the internet that no infection even goes on my HDD.
I do however scan my system once every 6 months with my antivirus program. That may seem very very little, but every time it finds 0 bad items and my system works just perfectly so that shows that it really was worth paying almost 5000 dollars for it.
I always say...rather prevent infections to come into your system in the first place rather then clean them AFTER they already are in your system
The problem is that there are viruses and other type of infections which after they are deleted by let's say malwarebytes...then immediately after that they are created again and malwarebytes just continues the scan process on other locations. And no matter how many times you perform the scan,it will always find it since it is being created automatically after the deletion.Of course this type of infections are so damn rare, but it happened to my friend once...
So that is why I always say...rather prevent infections to come into your system in the first place rather then clean them AFTER they already are in your system
As for the HDDs,I did not mean anything bad.I just wanted to point out that more than 100 new WD HDDs died on me in the last few years within a month or 2.And if someone tells me that is a bad luck that I say it is bad HDD and not luck lol.Because I never had problems with Seagate

I don't really have money to buy WD HDD and that it dies every time for no reason. And the most weird thing is that they do not have a reason to die.I just used them to watch movies and all of a sudden they died lol. That never happened to me with Seagate,Maxtor and even Hitachi.
I never EVER have problems with HDDs,but with WD HDDs and TOSHIBA HDDs I had nothing but problems lol.I don't know...maybe here where I live they suck and there where you are they rule...I don't know lol.But what I do know is that I spent a LOT of money on those WD and TOSHIBA HDDs and ALL of them died for no reason. Not to mention that I couldn't even return them back for a replacement lol. That just sucks lol.
I hope you can understand why I hate WD and TOSHIBA HDDs lol.
I am not saying Seagate is the best.Sooner or later it will even happen to ME that Seagate HDD will die too,but at least they work for a long period of time. And when I say long,I mean 5 years or more.
And WD or TOSHIBA HDDs just die within a month or two for no reason lol.
Anyway I hope you can now understand why I hate them lol.I don't really wanna spend a LOT of money on something what stops working so soon for no reason lol.
Cheers John!
And everyone else too
