Managed Router SRX1500

Hello,, we signed up for the managed router and Comcast installed the Juniper SRX1500. It has been working fine except it’s a magic black box... there is no login, no admin, no reporting, no notifications, no settings, no configuration. People I have asked look at me like I’m asking an unknown question.
Anyone else with this service/device that can share your experience?
Router connects to Ciena 3930 on one end (fiber) and our network switch on the other.

That's the 'managed' part of it. ISPs are pretty particular about those types of services, either you manage it or they do. As your org ordered the managed service component then they provide the device that they control up to the handoff for you. Other more 'diy' enterprise circuits are basically here's your transit IP or any other applicable blocks, or 'lets point BGP at each other using your own equipment'.

They should at least be able to give you basic utilization stats through a comcast portal that's associated to your account.
