no problems. when you know the board, goggle is your best tool
A little word of advice though, go intel, not AMD.
Intel=more expensive at the top end, but mid range=Same price as top end of AMD and better performance. There have been tests on the tri and quad core AMd processors compared to the 45nm intel processors, the intel, even with 1 less or half the cores, wiped the floor with the amd's. This means aswell as better value for money later on you have upgradeability, so you know that you can still have better than the best of others for the same price as prices come down.
