Moto-I only have the .bsp, what was the map called again? EDIT: Here you go. (Right click save as). Did you want to enter it in the contest? (Cause I dont see glass...).
If you havnt installed the SDK yet, you might still have the .vmf, just look in steam>steamapps>name>something>sdk>maps. Thats assuming you use the standard saving place.
Epidemik-I was a little worried some people wouldnt know how, but Im afraid it wouldnt be as much fun without some required stuff. If you want, I can link you some guide, or tell you myself.
Ive told how to make bomb plant areas, water, light and physics in my guides. I suppose real quick I can do glass.
Start off as if making water, once you have it the size you want, instead of placing the top texture as water, you can make any side the texture "glass" and then ctrl-t, func_breakable. Set the FX amount at about 90. Easy enough.
Im kinda challenging myself, to make the map in like only an hour, surly you have an hour to participate

Although, that gives me an idea for the next rule "you must start off with this map, and add..." hmmm
