I have a Nvidia QuadroFX 1700, my friend traded it to me for a better-suited
graphics card for gaming, just wondering what i could get for it if i was to sell it?

Well I've seen QuadroFX 1700s go for $ 200-250 on ebay, it's a terrible gaming card, but if your friend had a workstation or needed a card like that then he could maybe give you a HD6850 for it, which is about $180.

No, not $450.there selling brand new for $250.but yes there are some retailers out there that are selling them well over the $400 mark, but you can get a new one for $250.

edit-for your question you can get a quick $140-$180(used) right now if you sell on ebay.
