Matching cache size on extra internal HDD?

I currently have a 16MB 500GB installed and I want to get another. Does the cache size have to match? Like if I were to get an 8MB or 32MB, would it work together with my current one? I just wanted to make sure before I buy.

As long as you're not doing RAID you can mix and match any type of drive.

Yeah if you don't RAID you won't need matching HDD.

Cache size doesn't really need to match either in a raid setup. Here is the size of the harddrive more important (if you want maximum storage available).
