Matlab not working

just got matlab installed and it says error 31 (i think) the license date is in the future and their help said to reset my system time but its correct. whats going on is it a windows 7 64 bit issue. i need to get it running ASAP i have some pde's that arent gonna solve themselves
 
it is unlikely that you bought a license in the future, are you sure the date and time settings are correct in the bios and in windows this can cause this problem?

I checked the bios and all is well, I tried it today and it worked fine ??? Maybe it hadn't registered when I was trying it?
