MATX custom motherboard

I was told my computer had a MATX custom motherboard (I'm kind of a noob at this stuff still)
I need help trying to find a stronger PSU but I'm not sure which PSU would be compatible because of my MATX mobo. My current PSU is 180 watts.
Sorry if I posted this on the wrong topic...
Thanks, all the help is appreciated!

An ATX power supply will be compatible with your mATX Mobo, it just depends if it will fit in your case. Get the dimensions of the PSU you want and see if it will fit in your case.

I've seen a lot of Lenovo's using the slimmer style ATX power supplies (I guess you could simply call them mATX). Regardless, a regular one should fit just fine assuming you do have the extra space between the back edge of the case and your optical drives. Though, I do beleive I've updated a few lenovos with standard PSU's in the past and it works just fine...

This it?

that's a great power supply you chose, but it is an sfx factor with a brakcet for ATX, why not just a normal power supply. Also, it would be a lot cheaper too.

Why exactly are you upgrading?

Actually no point in this all, that's a thin computer (which you actually said but nobody noticed) and they run special power supplies that because of the size can't power anything really much. This is the best one that is still reliable, there are others with "400w" but i wouldn't trust them.

Also if this is for getting a new graphics card, you're screwed, you can get low end graphics cards that will be better than your integrated but not much more, they have to either be low profile or low profile compatible, which means you'd have to swap the cover on it, otherwise any real card is wider than your case itself.

I am upgrading because my current power supply (89Y8586) only has 180 watts of power and i want to upgrade my integrated graphics card to a dedicated graphics card like the low-profile Radeon HD 6570.
Also, that seasonic PSU that you suggested will be compatible with my Computer?
Thanks for all the help!

PS: found my current PSU, it's a TFX PSU btw (I don't have time to measure it yet though...) website:
