Hey,
I've just bought a zotac 9800GT, EVGA 7550i FTW motherboard, MGE XG Dragon Case, Thermal take Golden ORb II for my CPU Cooler and other goodies. However when my computer is just sitting there in idle, my computer reaches these temperatures.
Motherboard: 96 degrees C (205F)
GPU: 64 degrees C (147F)
When playing crysis the graphics card reaches between 90-100C (194 -212F)
I was wondering:
Am I damaging my graphics card when playing at such high temperatures?
What would the maximum suitable tempatures for a motherboard and graphics card that won't decrease its lifetime and wont damage my goods?
Are these temperatures too high? Would I need to buy a case fan?
Thank you.
