My dell inspiron 530 will only turn on when plugged into the wall bypassing the surge protector. I believe it has a bad psu, now I'm thinking if I am going to replace that,,, what else shall I replace, and should I upgrade from the 350W DPS-350VB-1A psu to something better... any help would be much appreciated. And maybe where to buy as well!
