MB and VC recomendations

i will be getting the Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 Conroe 1.86GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6300 - Retail and wanted some input on mb's and video cards, basically i want the ability to overclock a little if i decide to. maybe run dual monitor setup, be able to play movies i download on my tv, i think thats it for now unless i think of anything else. make some recommendations though if you could

What's your budget?

The Gigabyte 965P-(D)S3 would be my pick for a motherboard. If you're not into gaming, a cheap video card will suffice.
 
i was thinking ball park aroud 200 US or so for mb and 150-200 for video card, i will be playing video games. thanks
