Mb which one?

I have the Asus P8Z77 V-LX that doesn't work so I'm going to be returning it.
Which of these 2 Mb's would you recommend? Also what is the difference between 2.0 USB and 3.0 USB, can a 3.0 Usb used for a 2.0 Usb?

4gb ram(2x2gb DDR3 @1333mhz.
Asus VH236 monitor/DVI port
Corsair 400 w Psu
WD 750gb Hd
Epson RX700
Logitech wireless mouse/keyboard
2 lite-on dvd/cd units
Memorex usb turntable

Yes you can use a usb 3.0 slot for a 2.0

Just dont plug your keyboard into a 3.0 slot because sometimes it wont reconize it until the driver loads in windows 7

I believe the difference is the UEFI BIOS and the second one has a display port

Okay LK has 2 pci-e 3.0 slots compared to 1 on LX

Def go with LK... I opened each of the specifications in two browsers and just compared them...

Re;mtb211, Thanks for the fast reply. forgot to put that I have win xp sp3 on computer. I might upgrade to win 7 later on but right now it's xp.I'll go with the LK. It is cheaper then the LX so that is good.

yes usb 3.0 is 10x faster... at least its supposed to be
